Refund and Cancellation Policy

For Students

• Full Refund: Available if requested at least 7 days before the course start date.
• Partial Refund: 50% refund if requested within the first week of the course.
• No Refund: No refunds will be issued after the second week of any training program.

For Agency Clients

• Deposits: Initial strategy and setup fees are non-refundable once work has commenced.
• Cancellations: Monthly retainers (e.g., Social Media Management) require a 15-day notice period for cancellation.
